  • The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for clinical and operational delivery.
  • This role requires supervising all Rehabilitation personnel, managing daily scheduling, ensuring quality of services, and participating in various facility and company meetings.

  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
