Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including the delivery and coordination of direct and indirect services.
The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for clinical and operational delivery.
This role requires supervising all Rehabilitation personnel, managing daily scheduling, ensuring quality of services, and participating in various facility and company meetings.

Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
CPR certification, if required by licensure
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
