  • The Engineering Project Team Leader will have responsibility for leading project teams in Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), Key Strategic and High Priority Projects and Cost Reduction initiatives to address business challenges and opportunities in areas of emissions, engines, engine installation on a global basis.

  • Knowledge of requirement analysis tools, methods and techniques
