• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• 8+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms
• Experience preparing data for AI/ML, including GenAI readiness
• Experience with unstructured data processing patterns
• Experience implementing governance and security controls
