Job Summary

  • This position works under the supervision of the Manufacturing Manager and/or Plant Manager and/or shift manufacturing supervisor as needed and performs duties without constant supervision.
  • The role involves safely training, planning, directing, scheduling, and checking work in the Braze & Machining departments daily while collaborating with engineering, management, maintenance, vendors, and employees to solve problems and improve operations.
  • The Production Group Lead is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost control, inventory management, and participation in lean manufacturing processes to maintain efficient and effective production.
