Job Summary
This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of the clinical laboratory testing for the Anatomic Pathology department including Histology, Cytology and Pathology laboratory services.
This position receives a minimum amount of supervision and reports directly to the Southeast Division Anatomic Pathology Director of Operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Histotechnologist
5 years as Cytologist preferred
Florida's Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license
Prior supervisor experience managing several direct reports
Previous experience managing people leaders
Experience in a high volume clinical laboratory environment
Strong working knowledge of CLIA, CAP and relevant state regulations
