Job Summary
You will be responsible for maximizing revenue by converting reservation requests in line with the hotel's sales strategy and providing an excellent level of customer service.
You will process all incoming reservation requests, by phone, by email or other, within the prescribed reasonable time and, as far as possible, convert them into reservations.
