Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years construction experience
  • Data centre or mission critical projects experience
  • University Degree or experience qualified
  • Availability for on-site work
  • Co-ordination of numerous sub-contractors
  • Excellent written, verbal and analytic skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Understanding of specifications and project plans
  • Computer skills including Microsoft 365
  • Ability to multi-task and identify priority activities
