Responsible for leading and managing all engineering, technical, and design coordination activities at the project site. To ensures that engineering deliverables are completed in line with the project schedule, budget, quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Acts as the main technical point of contact between the client, consultants, and site teams, while coordinating Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works and managing technical risks. Manage all engineering and design-related activities, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance and constructability. Oversee RFIs, technical clarifications, and design changes, and ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings and material submittals. Coordinate with different disciplines through regular engineering meetings to ensure design deliverables support the construction schedule. Use BIM tools to identify and resolve clashes to reduce rework. Provide technical support to site teams, assist in planning construction methods, and support procurement in the technical evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all works comply with contract specifications and statutory requirements. Oversee inspections, quality control processes, and assist in preparing as-built drawings and project handover documents. Identify and manage technical risks early to reduce impact on project cost and schedule, while maintaining proper change management throughout the project. Lead and mentor engineering staff, assign responsibilities effectively, promote strong safety and quality practices, and provide regular technical updates to management and project stakeholders.
