Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our affiliate channel, which includes managing our agency and external vendor relationships, exploring and testing new growth opportunities across the broader partnerships ecosystem, and rigorously tracking performance to ensure it is a consistent, ROI-positive contributor of retailer acquisitions (RAs) at scale.
  • Directly drive Faire’s GMV and revenue growth by owning and optimizing our affiliate program end-to-end to maximize retailer acquisition growth while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
  • Faire is an online wholesale marketplace built on the belief that the future is local — independent retailers around the globe are doing more revenue than Walmart and Amazon combined, but individually, they are small compared to these massive entities.

  • Hands-on experience in testing and launching new growth channels
  • Familiar with SQL or willingness to learn
