• The Director, Access Strategy Lead for Admilparant is responsible for driving access-customer specific launch strategies, content related development, and alignment of associated tactic execution to achieve brand strategic imperatives.
• This role owns the end-to-end Access customer journey and partners extensively with other brand team members to develop and orchestrate execution of the overarching brand strategy.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• MBA and/or PharmD preferred
• Knowledge of US access environment and guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership/collaboration/broad matrix navigation skills

• Experience developing and executing Access strategies
