Job Summary
Coordinate and lead the Indirect Purchasing team, ensuring operational and strategic activities are correctly executed, focusing on performance, technical and behavioral development, engagement, and succession.
Lead and coordinate strategic negotiation processes, ensuring favorable commercial terms, long-term contracts, volume discounts, performance clauses, SLAs, and risk mitigation mechanisms with indirect service and solution providers.
Develop, elaborate, and track area performance indicators (KPIs), such as savings, cost avoidance, compliance, lead time, supplier performance, and internal client satisfaction, promoting action plans and continuous improvement.
