Job Summary

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis.
  • Assist clients with their everyday needs, including executing money movement transactions, answering non-investment related questions, and onboarding/maintaining client accounts.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials for client meetings, and handle general in-office support functions.
