Base: $93,050 – $124,245 USD; Bonus: Eligible for casual/fixed term bonuses (flex force not eligible); Benefits: Comprehensive package including PTO, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field
4+ years experience in environmental permitting
Proven ability to manage complex multidisciplinary projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience preparing technical reports and client presentations
Nice-to-have
Experience with permitting timelines and risk mitigation strategies
Technical skills in wildlife or ecological surveys
Familiarity with air quality permitting programs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
Business development through proposal preparation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, environmental science, biology, planning, or program management
4+ years of relevant experience in environmental permitting and/or due diligence
