Job Summary

  • Lead complex, high-volume healthcare software implementation projects from initiation through completion, owning delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a senior leader within the Project Management organization, driving process improvement and mentoring other Project Managers while handling up to 20 projects simultaneously.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years managing large, complex software implementation projects
  • 5+ years partnering with client stakeholders at Director level or above
  • Healthcare or health system project management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing EMR-related projects
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
