You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining current reference materials, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge services.
This role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and that sufficient licensed staff are available to meet daily care needs.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
