  • Key responsibilities include managing claim financials, reserves, recovery activity, and conducting coverage reviews in partnership with the Senior Corporate Claims Manager.
  • The role involves implementing company policy, participating in file reviews and audits, and providing training to staff on claims reporting and administration.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or liberal arts or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years insurance/claims adjusting and administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance issues
  • Ability to negotiate and strategize claim resolution
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
