Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD in Molecular Biology or related field
3+ years postdoctoral or industry experience
Experience with transposon-based integration systems
Hands-on DNA delivery into primary human T cells
Proficiency in ddPCR VCN and integration site profiling
Nice-to-have
Experience with LNP or nanoparticle platforms
Background in high-throughput cloning or screening
Ability to translate ex vivo findings to in vivo strategies
Mentoring experience for junior scientists
Key Requirements
PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or Bioengineering
Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral or industry experience
Expertise in Sleeping Beauty, PiggyBac, or equivalent transposon systems
