Blue Origin is seeking a mid-career Structural Analyst specializing in ground support equipment (GSE) and tooling to join their collaborative operations team in the Greater Seattle Area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural analysis, particularly in aerospace or automotive industries, and will be responsible for providing structural design consultations and mentoring tooling designers

  • Provide structural analysis support for ground support equipment (GSE) and manufacturing tooling, including machining fixtures, assembly fixtures, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform strength assessments utilizing both classical analysis techniques and finite element analysis (FEA) for tooling and ground support equipment (GSE).
  • Serve as the technical point of contact and responsible party for vendor-developed tooling projects.
