The Crisis Intervention Specialist provides patient-centered, trauma-informed, urgent and emergent behavioral health services in adult and pediatric emergency settings.
Key services include brief psychosocial and drug/alcohol assessments, crisis intervention, hold assessment, inpatient diversion, care coordination, and discharge planning.
This role requires working both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to guide patients through the continuum of care.
