Job Summary
The Managing Director, Asset Management is a senior leadership role with enterprise‑wide accountability for driving hands‑on operational optimisation and transformation across OMERS Infrastructure’s European asset portfolio, with a particular focus on transport and rail infrastructure.
This role is deeply embedded within the asset base, spending meaningful time on‑site at assets, working side‑by‑side with management teams to review operational plans, interrogate KPIs, and accelerate delivery of performance improvement initiatives.
The individual will bring a proven operational transformation playbook and the credibility to challenge constructively, ensuring initiatives move at pace without destabilising core operations.
