Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in L&D, sales enablement, field readiness, or sales leadership
  • Coaching and quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven success designing and delivering onboarding and coaching programs
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, GTM, Product, and L&D teams
  • Familiar with enablement tools and L&D trends
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
