Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervise RN, ANM, LVN, MA, EMT, CNA staff
Perform nursing duties per Texas Board guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities
Ensure transportation for residents to appointments
Audit Medication Administration Records (MAR)
Report abuse, neglect, and exploitation signs
Nice-to-have
Work collaboratively in fast-paced environment
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to service population
Communicate effectively with Medical Director
Maintain professional composure under pressure
Key Requirements
Graduate from accredited Nursing Program
Three years nursing experience required
Experience as Manager or Supervisor
Current Registered Nurse license in Texas
Valid Texas Driver's License
BLS and First Aid certifications
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
