Key accountabilities include coordinating work teams, mentoring associates, analyzing operational problems, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring plant facilities are maintained in accordance with regulations.
The role requires a HS degree or GED and HVAC licensing, with a BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field preferred, along with 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
