Job Summary

  • Work from blueprints, work instructions and production orders to properly assemble, crimp and test Sentry and similar types of hoses.
  • Verifies correct parts are available for production order and inspects hoses, ferrules, couplings and nozzle tips for manufacturing defects and proper fit.
  • Hydro-test hoses to regulatory agency (UL, ULC, SAA, etc.) and Ansul requirements per applicable instructions, visual aids, and/or drawings.
