  • Build and lead a high-performing Quality team, fostering company pride and developing a proactive site approach to the customer experience.
  • Success will be measured through site participation in Integer Environmental, Health & Safety; achievement of goals and objectives including quality and delivery metrics, continuous improvement contributions, and associate engagement and development.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience
  • 6+ years in management
  • Medical Device or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Expertise in 21CFR820, ISO13485, ISO9001, EU MDR
  • ASQ Quality Manager/Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • Master's degree preferred
