Job Summary

  • The Technology Operations team's mission is to enable stakeholders to collaborate, create and thrive by modernising ways of working, shifting to cloud and micro-service-based architectures, and driving automation.
  • This role will carry out effective and efficient everyday technology operations for WPP ET, dealing with level 1 and 2 issues and assisting with project work.
  • Deliver world-class, on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients, operating within predefined structures, methodologies, and standards.
