Skills & Requirements
Must-have
FedRAMP compliance program management
Security Operations Center (SOC) leadership
Cloud security monitoring and compliance
Risk management and assessment procedures
Network security and architecture
Security monitoring tools and SIEM
Collaboration with internal teams and auditors
Nice-to-have
Penetration testing and threat hunting experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and fast learner
Experience with government SaaS offerings
Project management capabilities

Adaptation to changing compliance requirements
Key Requirements
3+ years in information security or network administration
Minimum 3 years in security compliance or GRC
In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-53, NIST RMF, FISMA
Experience supporting U.S. public sector security authorizations
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, CEH
Willingness to work non-regular hours and international calls
