The primary responsibility is to locate, research and purchase land for acquisition, overseeing land mapping, negotiating contracts, and interfacing in the due diligence and entitlement process.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 to 10 years previous related experience
Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Strong negotiation and contract skills
Knowledge of market trends, pricing and growth & supply
