Must-have
Space planning experience
CAFM / IWMS experience
Blocking, stacking and adjacency planning
Tactical planning and initiatives
Relationship building and customer service skills
Microsoft Office tools
Nice-to-have
Experience with activity-based working programs
AutoCAD skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
