Job Summary Lead software testing teams to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring software quality through effective planning, automation, and collaboration with clients and developers. Responsibilities Devise test strategies and develop Master/Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPr) to ensure thorough software evaluation Lead software testers to execute test strategies and ATP/ATPr, ensuring adherence to quality standards Write, execute, and oversee tests on software usability, functionality, performance, load, and system reliability to identify defects and issues Analyze test results to detect impacts, errors, bugs, and reliability problems for timely resolution Log testing outcomes and collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve errors, bugs, and performance issues Engage with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and address issues effectively to meet expectations Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers, fostering a collaborative and efficient testing environment Develop and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts (ATPr), and test reports (ATR) for traceability Implement and manage automated testing processes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness Participate in project planning and requirement analysis to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project goals Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools to elevate overall software quality and team performance Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with SQL and database testing concepts Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Proficiency in virtual machines (VMs) with both Windows and Linux operating systems Strong understanding o
