Job Summary
The position will be within General Motors Core IT business unit, based in Sunnyvale, CA, US, playing a key role in creating and supporting Enterprise Broadcast services.
The successful candidate must be able to drive improvement through quality initiatives, including metrics development, monitoring and corrective action for deficiencies.
Team members may operate in a small group per shift and will sustain the video services on a 24 x 7 basis.
