Job Summary

  • The Group Organisational Development & Diversity Manager leads the design and delivery of strategies, programs and initiatives that build organisational capability, strengthen performance, and create a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
  • This role is a member of the People, Learning & Culture (PLC) leadership team and champions cultural transformation, leadership development and employee experience, ensuring alignment to organisational mission, values and strategic goals.
