This role ensures seamless executive support, drives consistency in how Product leadership is enabled, and operationalizes the Product Alignment Model to strengthen collaboration, clarity, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive executive support, functional direction to global Executive Assistants, and coaching/mentoring EAs for capability building and career progression.
