Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, driving technical excellence and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable and secure AI agent solutions.
  • We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $232,000 USD - $348,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $192,300 USD - $348,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements
