Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Workday Consultant to join our global People and Culture Technology team, contributing to the continuous evolution and improvement of our Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits configuration.
You will maintain, refine, and optimize Workday Compensation and Benefits configurations within a global standardized operating model, leading and participating in complex improvement projects to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
The role involves close collaboration with People & Culture, IT, and other multifunctional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support annual reward cycles ensuring accurate configuration and smooth execution.
