Job Summary
The Community Health Worker - Early Childhood Program Specialist works along with and in support of MGH Chelsea pediatricians to address non-urgent, non-medical questions related to child development and parenting.
This role focuses on families with children ages 0-3, helping parents build healthy attachments and skills to deal with common parenting challenges.
The specialist will explore family risk factors and make referrals to in-house and community resources, empowering families to become their own best advocates.
