Job Summary

  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising and providing direct nursing care during the assigned NOC shift in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure adequate RN/LVN and CNA staffing levels throughout the shift, supervise, support, and delegate duties to nursing staff, and conduct rounds to ensure quality care and compliance with nursing standards.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify physicians and families as needed, admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required, and review nursing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
