  • The Assistant Supervisor will partner with Supervisor/Manager to ensure all procedures are followed in compliance with Company policies and Federal and State regulations while achieving the highest level of productivity and maintaining customer specifications and satisfaction.
  • This role involves leading and mentoring employees, promoting safety initiatives, and identifying opportunities for process optimization to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • The position requires collaboration with HR and other departments, adherence to union contracts if applicable, and active participation in departmental meetings to meet or exceed location goals.
