Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years applied machine learning experience
  • 2+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow framework experience
  • 3+ years hosting ML models in production at scale
  • 2+ years Large Language Models (LLMs) experience
  • 3+ years cloud computing platform experience

Nice-to-have

  • Master's or PhD degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of statistical analysis
  • Experience with autonomous agents and orchestration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and/or managing ML Engineering teams
  • 3+ years experience as a member of a data science or ML engineering team
