The Engineer will play an important role by becoming thoroughly familiar with all phases of operation and maintenance necessary to operate the fire alarm system and repair all kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other related systems while accurately recording all pertinent data.
The role requires responding to emergency situations such as fire, power outage, gas or water leaks, and maintaining supply inventories for assigned areas.

Key Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Nevada driver's license required
EPA certification required
At least two years' experience in refrigeration
At least two years' experience in commercial kitchen repairs
