Workday functional expert in compensation
End-to-end compensation cycle execution
JIRA project management for enhancements
Unit, regression, and pre-launch testing

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in MIS, IT, CS, or Engineering
Over 7+ years of experience as Workday functional expert
Onsite presence required in Santa Clara, CA or Austin, TX
