Job Summary
You will play a key role in advancing student well‑being and success at Temasek Polytechnic through professional counselling and care.
Provide counselling, crisis intervention and psychological assessments in all matters related to students (as individual and/or group) and their families, where necessary.
Establish network and partnership with care team from higher institute of higher learnings and community health agencies (eg. hospitals, family service centres etc) on youth mental wellness initiatives.

Must-have
Provide counselling and psychological assessments
Conduct mental health literacy training
Implement wellness programmes
Establish network and partnership with care team
Use of data and technology

Experience in crisis intervention
Facilitating workshops
Good networks with mental health organisations
Work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Key Requirements
Proficiency and membership recognised by SAC, SASW or other professional bodies
At least 5 years of experience
Clinical counselling or social service sector experience
Good administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
