  • Serve as the on-floor technical resource during active production, resolving assembly issues and documentation discrepancies without halting throughput.
  • Review and disposition non-conformances generated on the floor with documented rationale, maintaining NCR aging within SLA.
  • Provide hands-on engineering support during first articles and new part number introductions, verifying documentation accuracy and identifying gaps.
