Job Summary

  • Manages activities and resources for quality, performance improvement, patient safety and compliance with accreditation and licensure to ensure alignment with the mission and pillars of the Memorial Healthcare System.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of Quality Management goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
