Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years progressive accounting experience
Month-end close process support
GAAP knowledge and general ledger expertise
Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables
Experience with ERP or accounting systems
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Experience with POS and Toast platforms
Process improvement initiative participation
High standards for excellence and teamwork
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
