Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Perform blood collections by venipuncture
Manage patient flow and wait times
Monitor inventory levels and information logs
Provide exceptional customer service
Work on call and Saturday rotations
Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
Nice-to-have
Leadership experience in phlebotomy
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently or in teams
Flexibility to work overtime
Promote teamwork and effective communication
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
