The Workforce Planning Manager provides analytical workforce insights and executes schedule reconciliation controls in line with COO governance standards.
This role involves designing, maintaining and improving workforce models while ensuring workforce data accuracy and auditability across planning and HR systems.
The manager partners with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements, and audit readiness.
