  • 4 years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics
  • 3 years of experience in client management
  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 6+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics
  • 5+ years of experience building compensation models
  • 4+ years of experience in client facing or consulting roles
  • 1+ year of experience with Workday
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Knowledge of human resources and compensation laws/regulations
  • Experience with benchmarking tools or reporting tools
