Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic research, corporate strategy, business transformation, consulting, or related roles within financial services or similarly complex, regulated environments
  • Prior experience working in top-tier consulting firms and/or internal corporate strategy, transformation, or process-excellence teams with regular exposure to senior leadership and the C-suite
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic initiatives (e.g., operating model changes, growth strategies, regulatory or risk impact assessments, investment or prioritization cases) from problem definition through execution
  • Strong command of structured problem-solving, strategy frameworks, and research methodologies to develop executive-ready insights and recommendations
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA)
