The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity while reporting any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
